The Printasy's Promise 

We promise 100% customer satisfaction and determined to give total happiness as that’s our top priority. If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any specific reason, we will make it right, as we own what we sell.

First step, please contact us within 7 working days after receiving your order and let us know exactly what’s your issue. Any product claim will be made only if a visual reference to the issue is sent to us i.e. in the form of a picture or video.  Our Customer Care team is trained to solve the problems.

Then, we will work out solution with our production team that you’ll be happy with, whether that means reprinting your order at no additional cost or crediting your account so you can place a new order.The return will only be processed and free product will be sent if your product is shipped back to us.

In case of returning goods, the customer will bear the shipping cost. In order to allow the return, the goods must not be damaged or used at all. If Printasy, agrees to refund the shipping amount then that is refunded in shipping terms only and not Cash. If the product is refunded then shipping is not refunded, only the product cost is refunded.

Note: In case of products where dimensions are required, if the customer has not provided the Dimensions for the required product, then Printasy will use standard dimensions. In such cases if the product does not fit your requirement, Printasy will not be viable to replace that skin.
